Synergy Resources provides digital services including SEO, hosting, website development, digital marketing, supplier verification, and fraud analysis. Due to the nature of digital and labour‑based services, refunds are limited.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds may be granted only if no work has begun.
• Once work has started, including research, setup, hosting configuration, or verification processes, refunds are not available.
• Hosting fees, domain registrations, and third‑party service costs are non‑refundable.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with a service, we will review the issue and attempt to resolve it through revisions or alternative solutions.

Incorrect Payments

Overpayments or duplicate payments will be refunded in full.
