Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services provided by Synergy Resources under the following conditions.

Before Work Begins

Cancellations made before any work has started may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on the service.

After Work Begins

Once work has started (including research, setup, hosting configuration, verification, or digital marketing preparation), cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

Ongoing Monthly Services

Monthly services such as SEO retainers or hosting management may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

Hosting & Domains

Hosting and domain services cannot be cancelled mid‑cycle and are non‑refundable.
